I'm lucky to live near this magical place, the storing grounds of John's Hauling, which I frequent as often as I can in my quest for old vases and containers. The inventory is constantly changing according to what John and family are hauling, so you never know what you are going to find, other than an astoundingly diverse mix of junk and treasure (my favorite). This week was especially awesome. Anyone looking for a intricately carved wooden horse? Or an old black ceramic toilet? John's is where it's at.
With that arid backdrop of California, we could be easily be in Mali with all that Exotica. I would be a frequent visitor too!

It does have a draw! Maybe John should branch out even more with a little cafe! It'd be great to take in that beautiful view and watch the treasures roll in : ).
